All bookings are confirmed directly after communication via phone, WhatsApp, or email. Availability is not guaranteed until your trip is confirmed.
Payments
Payment details will be provided during the booking process. Full or partial payment may be required to secure your reservation.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule your trip with advance notice. Please contact us as early as possible to make changes.
Last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for a refund, as the boat is reserved specifically for your time slot.
No-Show Policy
If you do not arrive at the scheduled time and do not notify us in advance, the booking is considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
Weather Conditions
Your safety is our priority. If weather conditions are not suitable for the trip, we will offer to reschedule your booking or provide a full refund.
Changes by Operator
We reserve the right to modify or cancel trips due to weather, safety, or operational reasons.
Arrival Time
Please arrive on time for your scheduled departure. Late arrivals may result in reduced trip time or cancellation without refund.
